3. In design process of this line, fully considering glue application of cardboard, we adopt not only using paper element glue spreading but also paper towels glue spreading. When adopting paper element gelatinizing mask making, glue dosage is only as 40% of paper towels, decreasing the cost greatly.
4. With full-automatic successive production method of this line, workers needed totals to 4-6, greatly reducing labor.
5. Successive production speed of this line can reach to 12 m/minute, width of cardboard is up to 1.30 meters as well as single unit throughput can achieve 6000 square meters of panels.
